Phase Monitor Relays: Also known as 3 Phase Monitors, Phase Loss Relays, Protective Relays or Phase Failure Relays, these products provide motor protection against premature equipment failure caused by voltage faults on 3-Phase systems, such as phase loss, phase reversal (phase sequence), phase unbalance, undervoltage & overvoltage.
Current Monitor Relays: Current Monitor Relays monitor AC single phase currents for over or under current conditions. Three current ranges are available: 0.1-1A; 0.5-5A; and 1-10A. An external current transformer may be used to extend the range of these products. Choose between Over Current or Under Current Relays, with a choice of fixed or adjustable time delay on either pick-up or drop-out.
Voltage Monitor Relays: Voltage Monitor Relays monitor either AC single phase (50-60Hz) or DC voltages to protect equipment against voltage fault conditions. Two styles of Voltage Monitor Relays are available: Over/Under Voltage Relays--provides protection against an over or under voltage condition; and Voltage Band Relays--where equipment is required to operate within an upper & lower voltage limit.
Time Delay Relays: Macromatic offers a wide variety of plug-in & 1-16 DIN style time delay relays and accessories, allowing you to select the exact product to meet your needs. Choose from an extensive offering of timing functions, analog or digital-set products, single function or multi-function units, and standard or custom designs.
Alternating Relays: Alternating Relays are used in pump control applications, where the optimization of load usage is required by equalizing the run time of two loads. They are also used where additional capacity is required in case of excess load requirements duplex control.
Intrinsically-Safe Relays: Intrinsically Safe Relays provide a safe and reliable method to control a load (motor starter, relay, etc.) with an input device (switch, sensor, etc.) located in a hazardous area.
Custom Products: Need a slight modification from a catalog-listed product or something designed & manufactured for a specific application? Macromatic is dedicated to providing solutions to your needs.
Accessories: Sockets and other mounting accessories.
